RE: B-2172:            In the Matter of the Application of Connected Hearts, LLC, Walton, seeking authority as a contract carrier in Nebraska intrastate commerce in the transportation of passengers in Open Class service by sedan, van, and SUV in and between all points in Nebraska over irregular routes pursuant to contracts with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Service (NDHHS), the Nebraska Office of Courts and Probation, Juvenile Diversion Programs throughout Nebraska, County Attorneys’ Juvenile Services Units, and school districts as well as NDHHS or Probation contracted providers. HHS Designation: No.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a hearing on the above-captioned application is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time, at the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska.
