C-5682/PI-257       In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, to review and consider the impact upon Nebraskans of a merger transaction between Windstream Parent, Inc. and Uniti Group Inc.

The below-captioned applications have been scheduled for hearing in the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska. B-2098:          In the Matter of the Application of Hudson Sherlock Holdings, LLC d/b/a Nebraska Party Bus, Omaha, seeking to acquire, through transfer, the authority held by Branded Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a Nebraska Party Bus, Omaha, in Certificate B-1759.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a hearing on the above-captioned application is scheduled for Tuesday January 6, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.

B-2164:          In the Matter of the Application of L.E. Services, Omaha, seeking authority as a contract carrier in Nebraska intrastate commerce in the transportation of passengers in Open Class service by van and sedan in and between points in Douglas and Sarpy counties and within a 60 mile radius of Omaha over irregular routes pursuant to a contract with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, a medicaid-managed care organization under contract with NDHHS, or another agent working on behalf of NDHHS to provide Medicaid NEMT service. HHS Designation: Yes.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a hearing on the above-captioned application is scheduled for Wednesday January 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.

PI-258:          In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, seeking to investigate the use of transportation network companies to provide the transportation of railroad carrier employees.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a hearing on the above-captioned application is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a status meeting on the above-captioned application will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time in the Commission Hearing Room.  Access to the meeting via webconference will be made available at https://psc.nebraska.gov/.
